CASE STUDY: 100 Lower Thames Street

OBJECTIVES

The primary objectives were to protect the building from future MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards), improve energy efficiency, reduce reliance on gas, and to maintain uninterrupted HVAC services during the project delivery. This project entailed a comprehensive upgrade & modernisation of the HVAC systems in a multi-story commercial building. This included the replacement of the basement gas-fired LPHW boilers, the installation of new LED Lighting, VRF systems, the decommissioning and replacement of chillers and gas boilers, and the enhancement of the Building Management System (BMS).
