Q: Does your business already have a plan to reduce its energy use, but need experts in different fields to deliver a co-ordinated package of works?

Stage 3 Project Tendering – We realise many of the solutions we present in our reports won’t be part of your existing supplier networks capabilities. We can provide a solution to this issue, by carrying out a competitive tender on your behalf using suitable, reliable and local partners to price for your energy reduction measures. We provide you with access to our established and vetted network of partners to provide technically and commercially compliant proposals.

Q: Have you already carried out a full energy audit of your buildings but need detailed guidance on how to implement the recommendations to reduce your energy & carbon usage?

Stage 2 Design and Specification – Knowing the areas of your buildings that are using the most energy and carbon is one part of the solution, the next stage is often the trickiest. Here at GNZ we help you develop the decarbonisation measures highlighted in our stage 1, or any other energy reports (including ESOS), to ensure your low carbon destination is reached. Where possible, initial plans are developed to a point where specialist contractors are able to provide pricing for works.

Q: Are you an organisation requiring an Energy or Carbon audit for regulatory compliance?

ESOS, DEC, EPC, MEPS, TM44 & SECR report – We offer a full range of legally compliant audits and certifications.

Q: Do you have (commercial/residential) buildings that are falling behind environmental requirements and are in danger of becoming stranded assets and losing value?

Stranded Asset Survey – You may or may not be aware that EPC standards have changed. Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) no mean that offices, rental properties and other commercial buildings must hold a minimum EPC rating of E rising to C by 2027. We offer a stranded asset survey that helps identify the measures that provide the best financial and practical options you can implement in your building to achieve these ratings, future-proofing your building and its future value and rental yield.
